In shooting fine art photography over the years, I have developed a unique style that blends my personality with imagery and subject matter that I love. Some of the biggest influences of that style include vintage black and white photos, World War II bomber nose art and calendar pinup girls, 1930s to 1950s Hollywood movies, 1960s surf culture, vintage sports cars and motorcycles, guitars and other musical instruments, and music ranging from Rockabilly to 1980s hip-hop.
As I displayed more and more of my work reflecting these styles, I started getting requests from clients wanting to have portraits taken that reflect their personality and interests beyond traditional portraits. Since I have relationships with some extremely talented makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe and set designers in
Austin, I began enlisting their services to create truly unique and high-quality conceptual portraits for people.
Imagine going to the same professionals who create looks for the film industry and transforming yourself or your loved ones into movie stars from a certain era, glamorous fashion models, athletes, or rock-n-roll artists! The result is a collection of timeless images in digitial format that you can share with friends and in print format that you can frame and display. Whatever look you're into and whatever props you want to use, I can help you make it a reality.
Session fees start at $300 (you will own all the images), and other costs will obviously depend on the materials and services needed to achieve your dream pictures. In addition to the typical photo retouching, I can edit the images to look grainy, black and white, sepia tone, or any other creative effects.
