It's my feeling that photos straight from the camera with no editing are only half completed--like a diamond in the rough. Therefore we don't give out unedited photographs digitally or in print. After we've done a shoot with you, we post all of the raw photo proofs to a private web address for you to review. You then let us know which of those you select for editing, and we deliver final, retouched photographs in whatever form (digital or print) you want to purchase.

With over 15 years experience in Adobe Photoshop (basically since I got the first edition of Photoshop for my little Mac circa 1992), our studio can edit, retouch, and perfect images of people and products with the best of 'em. And I guarantee there will be no distinguishable airbrushing--retouched images should look as natural and "real" as they did prior to Photoshop! All final images you purchase automatically come with basic editing to make sure color, contrast, lighting, and skin tone are just right. But even supermodels need a nip or a tuck here and there! We can remove skin blemishes, unwanted highlights, double chins, or that annoying uncle who found his way into your favorite wedding shot. Depending on degree of difficulty, retouching services start at $25 per image.

Retouching is generally only available for imagery shot by Chad Harlan, but contact us if you have a special case and have nowhere else to turn. We also have a great deal of experience in scanning and restoration of vintage photographs and negatives. See below for a sample before and after:
